Return & Exchange Policy for Wigs
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and health regulations, wigs are considered intimate items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including all tags, netting, and protective inserts.

The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Wigs that have been worn, styled, washed, or altered in any way.

Custom-made or special order wigs.

Clearance or sale items marked "Final Sale".

Please inspect your order once received and if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

To initiate a return:

Email us at info@wozahair.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund/store credit at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
